Cookies

Digital Group s.r.l., data controller, would like to inform users that this Internet website uses technical and analytical cookies to provide its services as efficiently and easily as possible. By using our website, the user declares that he/she accepts and agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the cookie terms of use set out in this document.

What are cookies?

Cookies are text files that contain packages of information that are stored on the computer or the mobile device every time the user visits an online site using a browser. On each subsequent visit, the browser sends these cookies to the website that originated them, or to another site. The cookies allow websites to record some information so you can browse online, easily and quickly.

The cookies on our website

This website only uses technical and analytical cookies that can be used without having to ask for consent by the user since they are strictly necessary to provide the service.

Technical cookies are needed for browsing and to facilitate access and use of the site by the user. For example, they are essential for accessing the reserved area without having to log in for every session.

Analytical cookies collect information on the number of users and how they visit the website, for example information on what pages or sections of pages are viewed most often and what pages malfunction signals are sent from. The information is collected on an aggregated, anonymous basis. The Controller confirmed that these cookies can be considered technical if "they are used to optimise the website directly by the data controller, who may collect information on an aggregated basis on the number of users and how they visit the site. The same rules apply to the analytical cookies under these terms regarding the areas of disclosure and consent provided for the technical cookies."

Our website includes some components sent by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). In this case, it involves third party cookies collected and managed on an anonymous basis to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies). Google Analytics uses the cookies to collect and analyse the information on the use behaviour of this site on an anonymous basis. This information is gathered by Google Analytics, which processes it to draw up reports on the websites’ activities. Google can also communicate this information to third parties where required by law or if these third parties process the above-mentioned information on behalf of Google. Please refer to this page for further information.

The user may selectively disable the action by Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on his/her browser.

Management of cookies using the browser

This is information that is not collected to be associated with the data subjects identified, but information, that by its nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the users to be identified. IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the Website belong to this category, along with the addresses with URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used when submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, and the numerical code indicating the status of the data response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and the other parameters relating to the operating system or the IT environment of the Data Subject. The data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and the websites of our customers, and to ensure that it is working properly to identify anomalies and/or misuse, and are erased immediately after processing. The data can be used to ascertain responsibility if there are any computer crimes that damage the website or third parties: subject to this possibility, as things stand the data on the web contacts do not last for longer than fourteen days, unless a request is made by the Data Subject (for example access to the personal pages of the Data Subject in Register.it that summarises the services used, the information published, etc.).
